[[abstract]]Background and Purpose— this study was conducted to determine the risk factors for stroke in Indonesia. Methods— our data are based on Riskesdas 2007 were conducted by The National Institute for Research and Development, Department of Health, Republic of Indonesia in 33 provinces. Logistic regression methods for matched pairs were used to estimate the relative risk for the variables studied.
