All Schools In City To Open On Monday

• Schools in New Orleans will re-open on November 18th. • Classes will begin at 8:20 and end at 3:30. (This is, in total, one more hour of classwork than before. Schools starts a half hour earlier and end a half hour later.) • Full details of new school schedule given (placement of breaks, etc.) • Dr. Dowling asks that teachers tell their students not to openly cough, sneeze, or spit. Teachers should keep their classrooms well ventilated at all times. • November 18th is designated as “victory day.” An effort will be made to interest students in the “Earn and Give Campaign” for the United War Work Fund.Newspaper article
