Bilgisayar programı yardımıyla hem analitik hem de Monte Carlo Simülasyonu ile yapılan analiz sonrası alçak gerilim yük noktalarına ait temel güvenilirlik indisleri ve sistem performans indisleri elde edilmiştir (SAIDI, SAIFI, ASAI, CAIDI, ENS). Bu indisler ortalama değerleri ile karşılaştırılarak sistemlerin geçmiş performans değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Ayrıca, bu şebekeler üzerinde, şebeke şeklinin ve besleme otomasyonunun güvenilirlik üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Şebekelerin güvenilirliklerini arttırmak için yapılması gereken iyileştirme önerileri verilmiştir. Elektrik güç dağıtım sistemleri, enerjinin tüketiciye ulaştığı üretim ve iletimden sonraki son birimidir. Dolayısıyla bu sistemde oluşacak bir arıza doğrudan tüketiciyi etkileyecektir. Kesintisiz ve sürekli enerji ile beslemenin sağlanabilmesi için dağıtım sistemlerinde güvenilirlik analizi yapılması oldukça önemlidir. Yapılan analizler ve değerlendirmeler sonucu daha düşük gerilimlerde ve besleme otomasyonu uygulaması yapılarak şebekelerin güvenilirliğinde büyük derecede artış olduğu görülmüştür.In this thesis, the reliability evaluation of electric power distribution system in three different distribution systems in İstanbul was done by using past system data. The analysis was developed by using computer programs for both analytical and Monte Carlo simulation methods. The basic relibility indices for load points were obtained using two method, then system performance indices (SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI, ASAI, ENS) could be calculated. Distribution system reliability evaluation can be done according to the system performance indices. The reliability evaluation is the comparing this indices with actual values. In addition the effects of the type of the system and feeder automation on reliability was examined and some suggestions to improve the system reliability performance was given. Electric Power Distribution System which follows the generation and the transmission systems is the last process of the energy to the consumers. Because of that, its failure effects the consumers directly. The energy outages cause important losses. For this reason reliability evaluation is the very important analysis for the electric distribution system. In the evaluations, it is seen that low voltage levels and feeder automotion increase the system reliability.Yüksek LisansM.Sc
