[[abstract]]This paper describes a sparse matrix solver for a circuit simulation. For simulation speed and stability, the Partial Gauss-Seidel scheme is used as the matrix solution method. This method combines the direct and iterative methods and inherits their advantages. On the other hand, a simple ordering strategy is implemented to maintain the sparsity of matrices. Transient analysis of amorphous-silicon thin-film transistor circuits were executed to test the sparse matrix solver, the results show that this sparse matrix solver is helpful for reducing simulation time for large circuit simulations.[[fileno]]2030223010004[[department]]資訊工程學
