Students from The University of Notre Dame Australia, Sydney Campus enjoyed a very special walk on Sunday with a new group of friends, acting as officials for the Down Syndrome Association NSW Buddy Walk. Eleven Notre Dame Students assisted with the running of the walk, which is run annually as part of Down Syndrome Awareness Week. The students acted as road officials along the route from Milson’s Point to Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, then enjoyed a BBQ lunch with walkers and other volunteers.
