Due to the COVID-19 health emergency, many companies were forced to send their staff to work from home and provide the minimum adequate conditions and infrastructure. The isolation environment has negative effects such as stress, the preference for traditional office work and the affectation of interpersonal relationships. The aim of this research is to evaluate the perception of teleworking by workers from different business sectors when adopting the work-from-home modality based on the COVID-19 contingency.
