PENSAMIENTO ESTRATÉGICO CONJUNTO: UN ENFOQUE DE INTELIGENCIA COLECTIVA INTERINDEPENDIENTE APLICADO EN EL CAMPO DE LA MESOECONOMÍA

Strategy is a cognitive process with constructivist epistemological commitments based on Second-Order Cybernetics that includes the observers and their observations, operating through recursive feedback. The cognitive alignment of a Complex PsychoSocioTechnical System (CPTSS) is founded on constructing a domain of compatible mental models. Mental models refer to the shared cognition of the environment, the internal system, and their interconnections based in the development of Conjunctness and  Interindependent Intelligence. This forms the bedrock of Conjunct (Group) Strategic Thinking. Reducing the attentional field and losing a comprehended, shared, and collectively engaged vision leads to diminished cognitive plasticity, neglect of complexity, and an inability to learn. This approach culminates in cognitive inertia. A human organization necessitates establishing a coordinating language that, as an interface, facilitates the construction of shared representations through recurrent consensual behavioral coordination grounded in the Theory of Mind. The Theory of Mind involves constructing a mental model of "others' minds" by drawing parallels with one's own cognitive capabilities and structures. The systemic cognitive approach broadens the focus of attention concerning the study of behavior and incorporates the imperative to consider the interactional domain in which individuals participate. These concepts are essential for the analysis and development of a country's mesoeconomic competitive strategy based on the portfolio of clusters with which it aims to compete in the global markets, as well as the internal supporting clusters that provide them with consistyency.    La estrategia es un proceso cognitivo con compromisos epistemológicos constructivistas basada en la Cibernética de Segundo Orden que incluye al observador y sus observaciones y opera por retroalimentación recursiva. El alineamiento cognitivo de un Sistema PsicoSocioTécnico Complejo (SPSTC) se basa en la construcción de un dominio de modelos mentales compatibles. Los modelos mentales se refieren a la cognición compartida del afuera, del adentro y de su vínculo mediante el desarrollo de Conjuntez y de Inteligencia Interindependiente. Este es el fundamento del Pensamiento Estratégico Conjunto (Grupal). La reducción del campo atencional y la pérdida de una visión comprendida, compartida y comprometida por el conjunto de los integrantes se traducen en una menor plasticidad cognitiva, en la desatención a la complejidad y en la incapacidad de aprender. El resultado de este proceder es la inercia cognitiva. Una organización humana requiere el establecimiento de un lenguaje coordinador que, a modo de interfaz, permita la construcción de representaciones compartidas por medio de coordinaciones conductuales consensuales recurrentes basadas en la Teoría de la Mente. La Teoría de la Mente implica construir un modelo mental del otro por analogía con las propias capacidades y estructuras cognitivas. El abordaje cognitivo sistémico amplía el foco de atención respecto del estudio del comportamiento e incorpora la necesidad de considerar el dominio interaccional en el que las personas participan. Estos conceptos resultan imprescindibles para el análisis y el desarrollo de la estrategia competitiva mesoeconómica de un país basada en el portafolio de clusters con los que pretende competir en el mercado global y en los clusters internos de soporte que les dan consistencia
