Biofilm formation assayed by crystal violet in a library of C. auris strains (C. glabrata ATCC 2001 and C. albicans SC5314 featured as controls). All readouts, including a normalization of them compared to C.albicans are featured in 'Normalized_Data.xlsx', an [R]-friendly transformation of the readouts (not normalized) is available in 'all_strains.csv', the code to process the data along with explanations on what the code does is given as an .r file (easily managed in RStudio) and the output plot is 'Biofilm_formation_all_strains_redone.tiff'. Strains were ordered and coloured based on clade affiliation: red - clade I, beige - clade II, green - clade III, light blue - clade IV. Control strains are shown in blue.</p
