La influencia de la inteligencia artificial en el desarrollo de la educación universitaria

University education's priority is to train professionals who will be the future of countries and society, which is why the teaching-learning processes must remain at the forefront of technological advances, which are already part of everyday life, where They find devices and artifacts that assist and optimize work, leisure, and health activities; This technology, often invisible to people, makes up Artificial Intelligence (AI), which tries to emulate human intelligence, specifically by presenting all the information necessary to make decisions at a given moment. For the above reason, this research aims to analyze, from the perspective of different authors, the influence of AI on the development of university education, contextualizing some of its tools and techniques, as well as the performance of AI on teachers and students. A documentary-type methodology is used, based on bibliographic design. From this analysis it was possible to corroborate that AI is here to stay and grow in all areas, therefore measures must be taken at the university educational level, in order to continue guaranteeing spaces of quality and ethics in the teaching-learning processes. Keywords: education, artificial intelligence, university, teacher, student.  La educación universitaria tiene como prioridad formar los profesionales que serán el futuro de los países y de la sociedad, por eso los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje, deben mantenerse a la vanguardia de los avances tecnológicos, los cuales ya forman parte de la cotidianidad, donde se encuentran dispositivos y artefactos que asisten y optimizan las actividades laborales, de ocio, de salud; esa tecnología, muchas veces invisible para las personas, conforma la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), la cual trata de emular la inteligencia humana, específicamente al presentar toda la información necesaria para la tomar decisiones en un momento determinado. Por la razón expuesta, está investigación pretende analizar desde la perspectiva de diferentes autores, la influencia de la IA en el desarrollo de la educación universitaria, contextualizando algunas de sus herramientas y técnicas, así como la actuación de la IA en los docentes y estudiantes. Se usa una metodología de tipo documental, basada en el diseño bibliográfico. De este análisis se pudo corroborar que la IA llegó para quedarse y crecer en todos los ámbitos, por tanto, se deben tomar las medidas a nivel educativo universitario, a fin de continuar garantizando espacios de calidad y ética en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje.
