Optimalisasi Komunikasi Interpersonal Dokter dan Pasien: Studi terhadap Kepuasan Pasien dengan Pendekatan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)

Interpersonal communication between doctors and patients is very important in conducting health promotion. This study aims to understand the effect of interpersonal communication between doctors and patients on patient satisfaction with an occupational safety and health (K3) approach. This study uses a systematic review method using journal articles published less than 10 years and available in the Google Scholar online database. The results showed that there was a relationship between communication provided by health workers and patient satisfaction with the services provided. The existence of K3RS efforts as prevention, quality improvement of hospital quality, treatment, and recovery. Patient satisfaction is closely related to K3RS because patients and patient companions who are kept healthy and safe while in the hospital will feel comfortable, and trust the hospital or health workers in the hospital. Patient satisfaction also affects the quality of health services.Komunikasi interpersonal antara dokter dan pasien sangatlah penting dalam melakukan promosi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dokter dan pasien terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan pendekatan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review dengan menggunakan artikel jurnal yang penerbitannya kurang dari 10 tahun dan tersedia di database online Google Scholar. Hasilnya didapatkan adanya hubungan antara komunikasi yang diberikan tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Adanya upaya K3RS sebagai pencegahan, peningkatan mutu kualitas rumah sakit, pengobatan, serta pemulihan. Kepuasan pasien sangat berhubungan dengan K3RS karena pasien dan pendamping pasien yang dijaga kesehatan dan keselamatannya selama di rumah sakit akan merasa nyaman, dan percaya terhadap rumah sakit ataupun tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit tersebut.
