In this study, we will look at the employees of the Paku Mas Hotel Yogyakarta to see how factors like perceived organisational support, job satisfaction, and organisational commitment affect their intention to stay. A quantitative technique is used in this study via the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to a non-probability sample of forty individuals. Using SPSS version 25, this study used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression to analyse the collected data.
