In XXI century the predominating sheep product is meat. Limiting production to meat has caused a drastic reduction in sheep population. Lamb meat production in the EU was in 2004 inadequate, because it met demand only in 80%.. After Polish integration with the European Union costs of sale to other countries is higher then this of sale in the domestic market. Prices in internal market were higher but the quatity sold was small. For proper organization of internal market farmers must create a producer group. / Synopsis.
