This thesis is part of the ANR/MATURATION ALTESSE2 project, the objective of which was to make time-resolved THz spectroscopy of energetic or biological materials more reliable. THz radiation (1-100 THz) belongs to the far infrared range. Its period is similar to the characteristic times of the ro-vibrational movements of macro-molecules (organic tissues, explosives or drugs). It is therefore able to excite these transitions to present an absorption spectrum allowing the identification of the material analyzed by spectroscopy.
