This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee welfare by moderating the work environment and mediating job satisfaction for ULA Indonesia Surabaya unit employees. The sample consisted of 88 respondents in the Surabaya employee section using the Slovin formula and had the characteristics of Indonesian ULA employees working in Surabaya for one year and had an age range of 21-50 years. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling because only the mandays part is taken. The analysis uses Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection uses a softcopy questionnaire via the Google form.
