To attract qualified profiles, known as talents, and to retain them, many enterprises are actively leveraging on employer branding. The objective of this research is to shed light on the role played by the concept of employer branding, defined as the set of brand image assets with respect to employees and their impact on human resources loyalty. Our hypothetico-deductive research method will be completed by conducting an empirical study based on a series of semi-structured interviews with 10 large companies listed on Casablanca stock exchange market.
