GENDER IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM

The article provides an analysis of gender equality in the higher education system in the context of faculty and students on the example of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers NRU. A comparative analysis of the gender ratio of teachers of the institute and students for 2007, 2010 and 2020 is made.
