神奈川県茅ヶ崎市The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among job satisfaction, years of service to the company, years experience, overtime hours, age, and personalities (self-monitoring, social anxiety, and optimism), 48 staff in travel agents completed a questionnaire of these. A factor analysis on the job satisfaction yield four factors: management satisfaction, human relationship satisfaction, growth satisfaction, and recognition by others' satisfaction. The multiple regression analysis showed that optimism, years experience, and social anxiety were the top three important predictors of job satisfaction
