[[abstract]]Tourism industry is a service-based business, it can be said that the man-power of the tourism industry is the most important assets. This study will focus on the tourism industry employees’ career developing, job satisfaction and the turnover intention, and thereby summed companies should have a specific strat-egy to attract and retain employees to maintain or reduce the turnover rate. This study was conducted by way of questionnaire survey and the survey subjects were of Tourism Industry Employees.
