IMPLEMENTASI UNDANG-UNDANG ANTI DUMPING DALAM PERDAGANGAN INTERNASIONAL DI INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the form of implementation of anti-dumping in international trade in Indonesia. Research is normative legal research or literature study done by obtaining data, by reading identifying what is done to understand laws and regulations to research library materials. The results of this study conclude that dumping and anti-dumping are regulated in several international instruments, one of which is regulated in the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, especially in Article VI. Regulations regarding Anti-Dumping aside from being guided by international policies and national law policies, namely dumping regulations in export-import activities in Indonesia in Law Number 10 of 1995 concerning Customs have been amended by Law Number 17 of 2006 concerning Customs. These provisions later became the basis for Government Regulation Number 34 of 2011 concerning Anti-dumping Measures, Compensation Measures, and Trade Security Measures
