Utvecklingen av sjukdoms- och arbetsoförmågebegreppen under 2000-2020

The question concerning the content of the concepts of sickness and inability to work within the sickness insurance legislation has lately been of great interest of the reason that the insured person has had big difficulties getting reimbursed when sick. Large transfer costs have affected the social welfare field, where the individual will be placed when the possibilities to sickness benefits  are lacking. Here the development of the latest two decades concerning the medical and legal content of the concepts of sickness and inability to work will be discussed and analysed in order to clarify where we stand today. Now actual legal changes (2021) in "the rehabilitation chains system" will also be object of analyses.Frågan om innehållet i sjukdoms- och arbetsoförmågebegreppen inom sjukförsäkringen har under senare år tilldragit sig stort intresse framför allt av den anledningen att den enskilde haft stora svårigheter att få ersättning vid ett sjukfall. Detta har bl.a. medfört stora övervältringskostnader på socialtjänsten, där den enskilde har hamnat, när möjligheterna till sjukpenning har uteblivit. Här nedan ska de två senaste decenniernas utveckling av de båda begreppens medicinska och rättsliga innehåll diskuteras och analyseras för att söka klargöra var vi står idag. Nu aktuella kagändringar (2021) i rehabiliteringskedjan blir också föremål för analys.    &nbsp
