Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh job stress dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan hotel syariah di Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel karyawan hotel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner, metode analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi logistik dengan bantuan alat analisis SPSS versi 25 dan dilakukanpengujian instrument penelitian yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk menunjukan kuesioner valid dan reliabel dalam penelitian.
