デジタルカメラを検出器に用いる陰イオン界面活性剤の簡易比色分析法について検討した.本法は陰イオン界面活性剤をエチルバイオレットとイオン対として抽出した後,抽出相の写真を撮るだけの簡単な操作である.このような簡易な方法でもμg/Lレベルの微量分析を高精度にデジタル計測できた.また本法は安価で,有機溶媒の量が少なくて済み,多検体の測定を迅速にできるなどの利点がある.本法を河川水中の陰イオン界面活性剤の分析に応用し,分光光度計の分析値とほぼ一致する良好な結果を得た.A colorimetric method for anionic surfactants by using a digital camera as the detector has been developed.
