V magistrskem delu sta predstavljena delovanje in razvoj napetostno krmiljenih oscilatorjev na osnovnih frekvencah delovanja 50MHz, 100MHz in 1GHz. Kot resonator za 1GHz VCO je uporabljen SAW resonator, za 50MHz in 100MHz pa kremenčev resonator, ki resonira na osnovni frekvenci pri 50MHz VCO-ju in na tretjem overtonu pri 100MHz VCO. Uporabili smo računsko, simulacijsko in eksperimentalno metodo razvoja.
