HUBUNGAN ANTARA ADVERSITY QUOTIENT DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DENGAN KECEMASAN DALAM MENGAHADAPI DUNIA KERJA

Students who have legally graduated will find a new challenge, namely the world of work, there will be many problems that will be faced, one example is that every year there will be new students graduating and the available jobs are not proportional to the students who graduate. This research aims to: 1) To see whether or not there is a relationship between adversity quotient and anxiety. 2) To see whether or not there is a relationship between social support and anxiety. 3) To see whether or not there is a relationship between adversity quotient and social support with anxiety. The sample of this study were active students in Palembang, totaling 74 people. The sample technique used was purposive sampling. Before hypothesis testing, classical assumption test was conducted: normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing using product moment correlation on the relationship between adversity quotient and anxiety obtained a significance value of 0.024 and Pearson Correlation -0.263. In the relationship between social support and anxiety, the significance value is 0.021 and Pearson Correlation -0.269. This means that there is a negative relationship between adversity quotient and social support with anxiety in facing the world of work. So the higher the adversity quotient and social support, the lower the anxiety of students in facing the world of work
