Hubungan Antara Kualitas Tidur dengan Perubahan Tekanan Darah pada Lansia Penderita Hipertensi di Desa Luwang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gatak

ABSTRACT Hypertension is a disease that has a high prevalence of 25.8% in 2013 and increased to 34.1% in 2018, based on Riskesdas data. The elderly are at risk of hypertension due to the aging process. Many factors can cause hypertension in the elderly, one of which is sleep problems. Sleep quality can affect heart rate. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between sleep quality and changes in blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension in Luwang village, Gatak Health Center work area. Using correlational design method through cross sectional approach. Sleep quality data collection methods using sleep qualiy scale questionnaires, and blood pressure measurements using digital sphygmomanometers. The research sample was 37 respondents aged >60 years with the Cluster Sampling technique, researchers took the entire sample members (total population), and used Chi-Square test data analysis.
