Orbital Plasmacytoma as the Initial Manifestation of Multiple Myeloma

Multiple myeloma is a hematologic malignancy characterized by clonal proliferation of plasma cells. While the disease is typically confined to the bone marrow, extramedullary involvement has been reported in approximately 5% of cases. Of these, orbital disease makes up a small subset.
