Huber will be speaking this Wednesday, September 13 on a panel, Confronting the Climate Crisis Across the Disciplines. Rick Garnett spoke about the unanimous decision in Groff v. DeJoy and his article, “Refreshing Unity on Religious Liberty” on the First Things podcast. Jennifer Mason McAward moderated a roundtable discussion with ACS members following the Tony-nominated play, What the Constitution Means to Me. Emilia Justyna Powell, along with her co-author, joined The Center for International Maritime Security podcast to discuss their book, The Peaceful Resolution of Territorial and Maritime Disputes. The Religious Liberty Clinic assisted the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City and the Diocese of Tulsa in their efforts to secure authorization to operate the first religious charter school in the U.S. Student News 1L student/faculty mixer last Friday at the South Bend Cubs game. ND Law held the first of its “Including You!” events for the 2023-24 academic year.
