This study analyzes the concept of self love in the perspective of Islamic psychology, focusing on maintaining mental health and optimizing one's potential. Through literature studies, it was found that self-love in Islamic psychology includes self-respect, forgiveness, potential development, and relationship with God. Healthy self-love plays a role in increasing self-confidence, reducing stress, and improving the overall quality of life.
