Background T cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL) is a devastating malignancy found primarily in pediatric populations. Unfortunately, standard of care for T-ALL has not progressed from highly toxic, intensive regimens of chemotherapy, which fails to cure all patients.
