AbstractThis article examines the values of tolerance based on the Qur'an as an effort to counter the narrative of religious radicalism in contemporary Indonesian Islam.. But lately, religious phenomena that tend to be extremist and radical have dominated the Indonesian world, thus tearing apart the tolerant, peaceful, inclusive social relations that have been embedded in this country.
