富士市田子ノ浦港(吉原湊)の港口から北方の富士山を遠望したもの｡港の奥には小さく石水門が見えるため､明治18年以降の撮影｡手前の便道に架る田子ノ浦橋の橋脚にはX字の補強があり､欄干も低いため､再建された橋と思われる｡橋の上には人力車が配され､大小4艘の船が見える｡Northern view of Mt. Fuji from Tagonoura (formerly Yoshiwara Minato) harbour in Fuji City. Since the stone dam is visible in the distance, this photograph must have been taken after 1886. The X-shaped reinforcements and the low parapet indicate that Tagonoura Bridge had been rebuilt by this time. There is a rickshaw on the bridge, and four boats of various sizes are visible
