Abstract This study examines the effect of work ethics on employees' job performance. The study studied how work ethic influences worker performance and how either strong or weak work ethics can contribute to either encouraging or discouraging worker job performance. The study's findings indicated a significant association between work ethics and organizational success. Management has a significant impact on work ethics since it is regarded as a critical component of successful performance in a competitive environment, and a lack of interest in it will result in big problems for Omani public organizations.
