The main objective of the paper was to find out if ethics of work can have an impact on an employee’s productivity and job performance. The researchers set out to develop a quantitative research by gathering data principally from sampled respondents from three different technical colleges in Saudi Arabia. Gathered data was tested to determine the significance of ethics of work on employee productivity and job performance. From the survey, two variables were eminent, namely: ethics of work (independent variable) and employee job performance (dependent variable).
