Analysis files from the publication Unified Tumor Growth Mechanisms from Multimodel Inference and Dataset Integration, by Beik et al. These files represent analysis of nested sampling results (both posterior model probabilities and fitted parameter sets) from fitting candidate models to RPM small cell lung cancer data (one of three datasets in the publication). These post-nested-sampling files are the necessary files to reproduce the RPM data portions of figures from the publication, and are referenced using the same filenames in the code related to the publication on Github (located at https://github.com/LoLab-MSM/Bayes-MMI)
