Noise management is important in the library. The development of a noise meter and automatic alarm for sound intensity level provides information on the issue of noise in the library. The study determined the personal characteristics of students in terms of their languages and noise produced during library activities, and noise reduction inside and outside of the building. The method utilized in this research includes the following: innovation of electronic circuitry, assembly of different electronic parts, and testing of different stages of the gadgets. The circuit was intended to signal, through a flashing LED of a green, yellow, and red light for the existence of sensitivity in the room where the noise was present, quieter noise flashed ...
