This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on performance through job satisfaction. It is quantitative research that applied the survey method to explain causal relationships or correlations, commonly referred to as path analysis. It was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Office, Indonesia.
