The study aimed to examine and demonstrate how organisational culture and commitment to employee performance, whether directly or indirectly, affect job performance. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. 127 employees made up the research samples. Descriptive analysis was used in the study to identify each variable indicator's characteristic and respondent description. While utilising inferential analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and Sobel Test to test the relationship between variables. The findings demonstrated that organisational culture has no direct bearing on employee performance.
