Abstract: The aim of the study is to find the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance and how the employee engagement helps in organizational culture on employee performance. Methodology: The methodology of the study is exploratory and descriptive designs to find out the relationship between organization culture and employee engagement and organization culture and employee performance.
