the aimed of this study was evaluated the relationship of charismatic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior and also found the mediating effect of follower’s strains and job stressors on charismatic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. This study has supported our hypothesis. The area of this study was banking sector, data was collected in self-administrated way through questionnaire from the 144 employees working in banks our response rate was 72%. IBM SPSS 20 software was used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis has been used to analyze the data
