This study examined the relationship of workplace stress, organizational commitment and turnover intention among employees in Japanese restaurants in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Questionnaires were used to obtain the aforementioned objective from Japanese restaurants’ employees who are working in the operation departments. The result shows that there is a relationship between workplace stress and turnover intention. The results also revealed that there is a relationship exist between workplace stress and organizational commitment. Lastly, it is also found that there is a relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention.
