ABSTRACT The study aimed at investigating the association between capacity building and employee performance of quoted deposit money banks (QDMBs), Nigeria. A survey research design was employed for the study while three (3) most valued banks in Nigeria 2021 (Guarantee Trust Bank Plc, Fidelity Bank Plc, and First Bank Plc) in Nigeria were selected. The collection of data was done via a structured questionnaire and simple frequency tables and the arithmetic mean was used to analyze the data. The formulated hypotheses were tested using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS version 23).
