This study examined the relationship between employee development and job performance of selected money deposit banks in Nigeria. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey research design which is explanatory in nature to obtained responses from the deposit money banks, Nigeria, the Taro Yamane sample size derivation formula was used to determine the sample size. After data cleaning, 165 respondents were finally used for data analysis. Data for the study was collected through structured questionnaires while the five (5) point Likert scale was used to measure the responses from the respondents.
