The article substantiates and develops the concept of physical therapy for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, which includes the following components: prerequisites for creation, basic provisions and requirements, conceptual principles, methodological foundations, organizational and conceptual approaches, design and implementation conditions, and performance criteria. The purpose, main tasks and principles of the author's concept are defined, conceptual approaches to the problems of physical therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis are analyzed. The main approaches to the prerequisites for the development of the author's concept of restoring the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis are considered, which include: biological, social and personal prerequisites. A system of restoration and improvement of the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis has been developed, which consists in the integrated application of rehabilitation measures, taking into account the individual and interdisciplinary approach to each patient in each of the recovery periods. The methodological approaches in accordance with the domains of the International classification of functioning, taking into account the factors that affect the level of functional impairment and quality of life of the patient, are taken into account. It is emphasised that the proposed concept was holistic in nature, based on the targeted use of a comprehensive psychological, pedagogical, medical and rehabilitation approach, physical therapy programmes were individually selected for each patient, taking into account functional joint disability, rheumatoid arthritis activity, quality of life and health status of patients. The article presents the technology of rehabilitation measures to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, achieve clinical remission, reduce pain, improve joint motor function, prevent deformities and contractures, maintain performance and improve quality of life. It was noted that the realization of the restorative effect in accordance with the tasks of physical therapy varied. Each patient was given a personalized approach to rehabilitation intervention, taking into account the degree of functional joint disability, participation in work life and psychosocial issues. ОСНОВНІ ПОЛОЖЕННЯ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ТЕРАПІЇ ПАЦІЄНТІВ З РЕВМАТОЇДНИМ АРТРИТОМ Григус І.М., Ногас А.О. У статті обґрунтовано й розроблено концепцію фізичної терапії пацієнтів з ревматоїдним артритом, що містить наступні складові: передумови створення, основні положення й вимоги, концептуальні засади, методичні основи, організаційні та концептуальні підходи, умови проектування й реалізації, критерії ефективності. Визначено мету, основні завдання та принципи авторської концепції, проаналізовано концептуальні підходи до проблем фізичної терапії пацієнтів з ревматоїдним артритом. Розглянуті основні підходи до передумов розробки авторської концепції відновлення якості життя пацієнтів з ревматоїдним артритом, до яких віднесено: біологічні, соціальні та особистісні передумови. Розроблено систему відновлення та покращення якості життя пацієнтів з ревматоїдним артритом, яка полягає у комплексному застосуванні реабілітаційних заходів, з урахуванням індивідуального та міждисциплінарного підходу до кожного пацієнта у кожному з періодів відновлення. Враховані методологічні підходи відповідно до доменів МКФ, з урахуванням чинників, що впливають на рівень функціональних порушень та якість життя пацієнта. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що запропонована концепція мала цілісний характер, ґрунтувалася на цілеспрямованому використанні комплексного психолого-педагогічного й лікувально-реабілітаційного підходу, програми фізичної терапії були індивідуально підібрані для кожного пацієнта з урахуванням функціональної недостатності суглобів, активності ревматоїдного артриту, рівня якості життя й стану здоров’я пацієнтів. Представлено технологію реабілітаційних заходів для кращої ефективності відновного лікування пацієнтів з ревматоїдним артритом, досягнення клінічної ремісії, зменшення больового синдрому, покращення рухової функції суглобів, профілактики деформацій і контрактур, збереження працездатності та покращення якості життя. Відмічено, що реалізація досягнення відновлювального ефекту відповідно до поставлених завдань фізичної терапії різнилася. Для кожного пацієнта підбирали персоніфікований підхід щодо реабілітаційного втручання з урахуванням ступеня функціональної недостатності суглобів, участі в трудовому житті до психосоціальних питань.
