Human Health Monitoring has gained much importance in the recent years with the advent of the new and novel diseases. It has become very difficult to monitor the vital signs of humans at a regular basis due to the increasing population and the relative number of physicians to deal with enormous population. Our purpose is to design a device which measures the vital signs of humans and send them to the server for the physician for monitoring. This project will also send a message containing the location co-ordinates of the patient to the caregiver mobile number in the case of emergency.
