Abstract According to WHO, population aging and the number of people with underlying conditions are incredibly increasing thus requiring that their health conditions are monitored frequently. The current manual systems which require the physical interaction to measure parameters such as (heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, body temperature, etc.) manually are not adequate anymore.
