Annotation. The article, based on the assessment of existing resources and analysis of the environment, outlines the basic principles of formation of the concept and program of enterprise growth, stages of growth and pace of change, motivates the course of activity and forms of interaction with partners and competitors. The enterprise forms factors of the most effective reception of the set purposes by means of flexible operative financial planning and management of activity for maintenance of economic safety, etc. In market relations, the financial capabilities of the enterprise largely depends not only on the continuity of production, but also the final results of its activities, the avoidance of bankruptcy. Therefore, the main purpose of financial planning is to predict the receipt of income of the enterprise, determine the costs, the effectiveness of each economic and financial situation, justification of the most likely direction of use of financial resources of the enterprise. Doing business is inconceivable without a clear economic calculation and vision of the future, which greatly facilitates business, reduces its level of risk. The relevance of the topic is that financial planning helps the company to achieve a high level of management of production and economic activities, which ensures its success in the market, continuous improvement of facilities, social development of the team. The subject of the course work is financial planning at the enterprise and ways to increase its efficiency. Therefore, the aim of the article is to study the concept of financial planning in the enterprise, determine the effectiveness of the financial planning process and find ways to improve it.
