СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПЛАНУВАННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article analyzes dynamics of foreign investments into the economy of Ukraine for the last eight years. The work argues importance of planning of investment attractiveness of an enterprise. It is confirmed that the process of planning of investment attractiveness of an enterprise is based on a definite idea concerning management authorities, available strategic goals and it is a basis for development of a program of technological upgrading. The research grounds elements of a strategic choice while planning investment attractiveness of enterprises and supplies systematization of reserves and factors for increase of investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The work also describes relationships of investment goals and strategic ones. It is proposed to complete a rating of the objects of investment attractiveness of an enterprise gradually, basing on application of an expert instrument of scores. It is also noted that planning of investment attractiveness of an enterprise should be supported by development of an investment portfolio, which is a diversified complex of investments into different kinds of assets. It is proved that strategic provision of the system of investment attractiveness of the enterprise is based on vision, mission, formation of strategic goals. An important role is played by planning the investment attractiveness of an enterprise, taking into account the reserves and factors that operate in close interconnection. It is advisable to have a clear understanding of the management of the level of interest of each of the components of business institutions in increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, the need for its planning process. A promising direction for further research is the substantiation of the research methodology and the timely identification of problems that affect the process of increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise
