This study was conducted to assess the effect of employee commitment on the performance of the Afghanistan international Bank. This study examined three dimensions of commitment: affective commitment, continuation commitment, and normative commitment. The relationships between these types of commitment and organizational performance were the primary focus of the study's objectives.
