The task of physiotherapy in the period of convalescence is, among others, improving the efficiency of the body, endurance and motor coordination. To a lesser extent, speed and strength. No less important is the diet and re-education of intellectual performance, elimination of post-sickness stress and possible depressive states. Due to the lack of studies on the type and methodology of the use of physical agents, the therapy should be similar to that used in respiratory diseases and respond to the individual needs of the recovered patient. The concept includes post-hospital management. It is based on the results of research on the effects of physical exercise and selected physiotherapeutic treatments on the human body. It is consistent with WHO guidelines for post-hospital management (Stage I). It consists of 5 stages with varied and progressive management objectives, depending on the efficiency and multisystem efficiency of the patient. It contains proposals of physical treatments and examples of specific exercises compatible with the course of training to improve efficiency. The concept is open. It suggests a course of action. It is one of the first published and proposed complex physiotherapeutic procedures after Covid-19 infection. Streszczenie Covid-19 jest chorobą zakaźną układu oddechowego, wywołaną przez wirusa SARS-CoV-2 Zapobieganie zakażeniu obejmuje częste i dokładne mycie rąk, utrzymywanie fizycznego dystansu od osób z objawami grypopodobnymi, nie dotykanie ust, oczu i nosa nie umytymi rękoma. Zadaniem fizjoterapii w okresie rekonwalescencji jest między innymi doskonalenie wydolności organizmu, wytrzymałości i koordynacji ruchowej. W mniejszym stopniu szybkości i siły. Nie mniej ważna jest dieta oraz reedukacja sprawności intelektualnej, zniwelowanie stresu po chorobowego i ewentualnych stanów depresyjnych. Ze względu na brak opracowań o rodzaju i metodyce stosowania środków fizykalnych, terapia powinna być zbliżona do stosowanej w chorobach układu oddechowego i odpowiadać na indywidualne potrzeby ozdrowieńca. Koncepcja obejmuje postępowanie poszpitalne. Oparta jest o wyniki badań nad wpływem wysiłku fizycznego i wybranych zabiegów fizjoterapeutycznych na organizm człowieka. Jest zgodna z wytycznymi WHO w okresie postępowania poszpitalnego (Etap I). Składa się z 5 etapów, o zróżnicowanych i progresywnych celach postępowania, uzależnionych od wydolności i sprawności wieloukładowej ozdrowieńca. Zawiera propozycje zabiegów fizykalnych i przykłady konkretnych ćwiczeń zgodnych z tokiem treningu doskonalenia sprawności. Koncepcja jest otwarta. Sugeruje kierunek postępowania. Jest jedną z pierwszych publikowanych i proponowanych kompleksowych postępowań fizjoterapeutycznych po zakażeniu Covid – 19. Abstrakt Covid-19 ist eine ansteckende Atemwegserkrankung, die durch das SARS-CoV-2-Virus verursacht wird. Zur Vorbeugung einer Ansteckung gehören häufiges und gründliches Händewaschen, das Einhalten von räumlichem Abstand zu Personen mit grippeähnlichen Symptomen und das Nichtberühren von Mund, Augen und Nase mit ungewaschenen Händen. Aufgabe der Physiotherapie in der Zeit der Rekonvaleszenz ist u. a. die Verbesserung der körperlichen Leistungsfähigkeit, der Ausdauer und der motorischen Koordination. In geringerem Maße auch die Schnelligkeit und Kraft. Nicht weniger wichtig ist die Ernährung und die Umerziehung der intellektuellen Leistung, die Beseitigung des Post-Sickness-Stresses und möglicher depressiver Zustände. Aufgrund des Mangels an Studien über die Art und Methodik des Einsatzes physikalischer Mittel sollte die Therapie ähnlich wie bei Atemwegserkrankungen erfolgen und auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse des genesenen Patienten eingehen. Das Konzept beinhaltet ein Post-Hospital-Management. Es basiert auf den Ergebnissen der Forschung über die Auswirkungen von körperlicher Betätigung und ausgewählten physiotherapeutischen Behandlungen auf den menschlichen Körper. Es steht im Einklang mit den WHO-Richtlinien für das Post-Hospital-Management (Stufe I). Es besteht aus 5 Stufen mit unterschiedlichen und progressiven Managementzielen, abhängig von der Leistungsfähigkeit und Multisystemfähigkeit des Patienten. Es enthält Vorschläge für physikalische Behandlungen und Beispiele für spezifische Übungen, die mit dem Trainingsverlauf kompatibel sind, um die Effizienz zu verbessern. Das Konzept ist offen. Es schlägt einen Handlungsablauf vor. Es ist eines der ersten veröffentlichten und vorgeschlagenen komplexen physiotherapeutischen Verfahren nach einer Covid-19-Infektion.
