Importance of Innovative Understanding of the Nature, Functions and System of Anti-Tort Bodies to Increase the Level of Protection of Legal Status of the Prosecuted Person in Criminal Proceedings

The substantiation of necessity of renaming of lawenforcement organs in antidelictious is stated. The innovative functions of antidelictious bodies, which should cover all stages of overcoming criminal and other offenses, are considered. An innovative system of antidelictious organs is proposed. It is emphasized that the institution of the president of the state and the prosecutor's office should acquire the status of a supervisory branch of state power over the implementation of such supervision over accurate, uniform and strict observance of laws and other legal acts by representatives of all other branches of government (lawmaking, antidelictious, lawenforcement) and all others. subjects of power and all other sociosubjects, and as a consequence, the most effective, rational and highquality performance by subjects of power of the basic constitutional duty of the state to know, recognize, ensure and strictly comply with the legal status of all compatriots, prompt prevention of violation of their legal status and its fullest possible restoration. Based on the above, it is proposed to transfer the function of procedural management of pretrial investigation to the heads of investigative units, which should be united on the basis of single-headedness with the appropriate specialization of investigators in a new antidelictious organs – the investigator, but the function of prosecution should be performed by a new antidelictious organs, the publictura, which together with the advocacy the protection in all types of proceedings of the legal status accordingly of the victim and the offender, and receive wages and other benefits only from the state.
